About the Author
Dr. Qaiser Hayat, Professor of Law, Chainnan/Dean, Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh is an eminent Scholar. His specialization is in Criminal Law, Criminology, Socio-Economics Crimes and Cyber laws. He did his B.A., LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D., from A.M.D. Aligarh.
His Ph.D. in Law is a comparative study of Islamic and Indian Criminal Laws. Book on 'Human Rights-Justice to Pre-Trial Detainees-Perspective' and recent articles entitled 'Human rights, religion, Civilization, and rights of people', 'Non-Muslims under Islamic Law', 'Appeal in Criminal cases-Islamic Law', 'Human Rights and Islam-A comparative Study' are good jurisprudential contributions.
Prof. Hayat has a good working experience of Foreign Institution as well. He had been Professor-of-Law, at Kulliyah of laws, International Islamic University of Malaysia. He is currently member of Research Monitoring, academic and learned societies.
