About The Author

Kaila is Ph.D. (Social Science), Professor and Head, Postgraduate Department of Psychology, SNDT Women's University, Mumbai, has over 25 years professional experience and to his credit several projects with ICSSR, UGC, NSC and WHO; and authored 12 books, a large number of articles for journals, newspapers. He appeared several times on television for providing his expert views. Dr. Kaila represented India at the International Democratic Education Conferences at New York, Berlin and Sydney. He is an Editor of the Journal of Psychosocial Research; a Behaviour Based Safety Trainer and is Vice-President: Counsellors Association of India.
