Prof. Manzoor Fazili, born in Tehsil Bandipore in 1933, He secured his Masters Degree from AMU Aligarh. He joined education department of the state in 1957 and he qualified B.Ed from College of Education Srinagar and Ph.d from the University of Kashmir under the guidance of Late Z.M Qureshi.
Manzoor Fazili has many books and papers both research and otherwise to his credit. This collection adds one more feather to his standing.
