Manuscript and Indian Culture

I am absolutely delighted to introduce the present volume entitled; "The Manuscript and Indian Culture.' edited by two well-known scholars Dr. Projit Kumar Palit who is the Professor and Head of the Department of History, Assam University, (A Central University), Silchar while Mrs. Susmita Palit Saha, is working in Patha Bhavana, Visva Bharati University, Santiniketan, West Bengal. As many as twenty three distinguished scholars have articulated on various aspects of Manuscript and manuscript's Culture in India. The readers would be immensely benefited from the learned exposition of the Manuscript and how it has become a symbol of the Indian Culture.
