About The Book

A Guide for Gentlemen Chefs is a humorous attempt to categorise recipes (I ndia n, Western and Continental) not on the basis of their ingredients or their modes of preparation but on the varied nature of Gentlemen Chefs. This is all the more relevant today as it is common perception that the best chefs are male and cooking is a hobby that more and more men are taking up. And just as well since we all know, cooking is a wonderful stress-reliever.
