One need not be startled by new diacritic marks. The old diacritic marks prepared by the British for their use as they wanted to pronounce. This is neither suitable nor serve the purpose to correct pronunciate Hindi and Sanskrit words correctly. Indian writers neither have desire to modify, nor courageous enough to have new diacritic marks to suite other languages or pronunciations such as of Americans, Candians and so on.
The 'Pronunciation and Transliteration Guide' is for phonetically correctness specially a person of West. For this reason one may encounter modified diacritic marks and different spellings of Hindi and Sanskrit transliterated words. Therefore, my request is, 'please do not frown, nor cuss about it. Remenber this book is primarily written to propagate Vedic-Sanatan-Hindil Dharma for the Indian and non Indian children and Adults of North America as they have different pronunciations and spellings than their British counter parts.
