Book Description
I have written so far many books on Astrology, Numerology, Palmistry Yoga Asanas, etc. in English and Tamil. The last book was Dhyana for peace in Tamil. This is the English book of the same title.
Generally great Saints, Sanyasi, or Acharya write books on Meditation. But I am not a Sanyasi but a family man. It is my view that family life cannot be considered as a hindrance for meditation. Meditation surely gives better health and calmness.
Bagavad Gita, Upanishad, Brahma Sutra are the three main sources of Vedanta in Hinduism. when one wants to practice meditation several practical problems may come. In the present day life, man faces many problems that are obstacles for meditation. Examples from day 0 day life are given.
Each one can work out a suitable method in accordance with Vedanta and do meditation. One factor is important. Meditation is a mental process. Any hasty, rash method in the control of the mind or to give up family duty may give complications.
Hence please read the book carefully. Grasp the procedure well in .the mind. There should never be haste or roughness while practising. I pray the almighty to shower good health for all.
