Foreword
This textbook of Sharira Kriya is a very well thought of work, having presented according to CCIM syllabus it connects and gathers all the topics in one place and serves as both, a textbook for students and as a source reference for teachers.
Generally students need to painstakingly compile scattered references spread across the vastness of our Samhitas and allied works on physiology. Here the author has spared no effort to compile, simplify and reflect the true intent of how our acharyas have wanted learners to perceive the mechanics between form and function.
The topics have been arranged in such a way that the flow of knowledge is seemingly uninterrupted, this makes for a much more interesting way to refer to.
I wholeheartedly congratulate the enthusiasm and foresight of the author and wish him all success for future literary works like this one.
