His Holiness Jagadguru Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji, the ruling pontiff of Dakshinamnaya Sri Sharada Peetham of Sringeri, is the 36th Shankaracharya in the line of unbroken succession of the illustrious Gurus and has been adorning the throne of transcendental wisdom since 1989.
