About the Author Dr. J.K. Khanna has written 24 books enriching the various facets of LIS. He is among those library scientists who have dedicated their life for enhancing the status of profession among the academics of different disciplines. He was fourth in the country to have a Ph.D. in Library Sc; His thesis was highly appreciated by the experts of USA and UK. Both of his theses were published in 1980, 1981.
