About the Author:
Dr. T. L. Devaraj's name is well known in the field of Ayurveda worldwide. He is the author of more than 20 books on Ayurveda and has guided many doctoral aspirants. He has published more than 100 research papers on Ayurveda. Some of his books have been translated into Russian.
Dr. Devaraj has served more than three decades in Karnataka state and as principal of the Government Ayurveda Medical Colleges at Bangalore and Bellary. He retired as a deputy director of Ayurveda, Karnataka state. He is the recipient of several honours and awards for his service to Ayurveda.
