An attempt has been made to bring this book as most handy for the Music Beginners by presenting the TALAS in pictorial form and Instructions are given to easily sing the Swaraavali in Rhythmic form.

This book will be very useful for the beginners of Karnatic Music (Vocal & Instrumental). This book is dedicated to St. Purandaradasar who is the Father of Karnatic Music.

We are thankful to Shipmate Raji Parthasarathy a Vocalist, disciple of Shri D.K. Jayaraman and R. Meenakshi Sundaram Vocalist, disciple of Shri V. Sundareshar - Madambakkam, Tambaram in bringing out this book successfully.
