Dr. Vagish Shastri, the renowned Professor of Sanskrit language and literature, for years together taught the educational institutions here and abroad. An austere devotee of the Yoga and Tantraism, Dr. Shastri spiritually realized the beauty and sublimity of the Yoga and Tantra in many mountain caves and the places of pilgrimage. Broadly speaking, it's a theoretical Prologue to the Kundalini-power and it's realization. Speaking the other way with the precious stuff, it mentally prepares the pursuers of the Kundalini-power. It's worlds apart from a number of books that speak in a light vein and an exaggerated manner about spiritual lore and it's pursuit.
