Book Description
With more than two decades of experience of teaching health education to students of different courses at the institute, Mr. Giri has all the credentials for writing such a book. I congratulate him for his efforts. Such an activity helps the students a great deal by making the necessary information available in a volume for which they would have to search many books and journals. At the same time, local publication will, hopefully make it available at a price which affordable to the students. Further, such locally produced books by the local practitioners would use local examples which will be contextual to our work and experience.
Quickly going through the book, I am impressed with the amount of information given in the book. I hope other expectation viz, lower cost will also be fulfilled. I hope Mr. Giri has used local illustration from his personal experience.
I hope the students of different programs for which the book is intended will find the book useful for their studies and work.
