I am very much happy to got through this book-of Medical Jurisprudence Written by Dr. S.D. Kemkar. It was the requirement of the student as know this subject in easy language and abide in elaborated state. Almost all points which are mentioned in elaborated sate. Almost in syllabus at M.U.H.S. Nashil have been discussed in this book. Dr. Kemkar has also served as Degree in Law & a specialization in forensic medicine from Pune University is well versed as medical practical problems in medical service. This book will also be' much useful to the medical profession as an easy handbook on their table. I hereby congratulated Dr. Sunil Kemkar for this valuable contribution is the field of medical Jurisprudence. I wish him all the success in this endeavor.

Today our medical profession is, facing increasing medico legal problems & severe litigations. arising in the routine general & specialized medical practice. I have noticed that the students in general have not properly grasped the subject-Vidhi-vaidyak this book keeping in view the syllabus set by M.W.H.S., Nashik which is applicable to B.A.M.S. I have tried to present the subject, in a simple language which can be easily understood by everyone. I am indebted for Prof. Mahesh Agarwal, an eminent lawyer in solapur who have spared their valuable tome to read the text of the book.
