Foreword

To transform the world, we need to change ourselves. Young people do not lack energy, but there is a certain amount of confusion about what to choose, when to choose, how to proceed, and ways to motivate oneself. You may not have people to inspire you at all times, but this book can increase your motivation to improve your thinking, academics, choices and reactions. Time will sharpen you through your vision of life. Remember, life is a constant struggle to eliminate the faulty programming we all have received. Life is a continuous inner engineering project. Start to imbibe ideas and revive your life to produce an optimum outcome. You have only one life. If you don't do it in this life, when will you do it? Self-realization comes from self programming and the ability to see the power within oneself.

You will find this book helpful if you are young or still young at heart. This book will help you grow up better with some practical orientations in life. If you are a teacher or a lover of young people, reading this will equip you to guide and understand young people. You can also probably keep this book as a lifetime friend.

Before you begin to read the pages in this book, let me offer you a short narration about the journey of my life so far. My life is coloured with blessings and difficulties, good and evil, tears and smiles, sleepless nights and peaceful slumbers. However, I consider all experiences as beautiful bits and pieces of life at this juncture of my life's journey. They are but needed stop-points for me to decide for the next step. All these are indicators of my life.
