She can be reached at www.drtanyamalhotra.com We possess an inherent animalistic need to live in a herd; this herd, ages ago, firstly consisted of hunters and gatherers in the forests. The necessity of food made the hunters evolve into farmers, and the herds changed into villages, these villages became towns and towns have now become cities. In a way, we are back from where we came from. The previous jungle was Mother Nature's lap whereas the urban jungle has taken us away from nature; we are preoccupied with too much information and programming with no time to spend with ourselves. Success has become the first benchmark, and what we are continuously failing to understand is that being self-aware is the key to all things good in life because when one is established in oneself, only then can any worldly success become easy to attain. **Contents and Sample Pages**
