First time visitors please note:
For the first order made by a new customer the book will only be shipped to the address of the card holder. We will not ship to another address. Only after your first order will we allow orders to be shipped to an alternate address.
All orders typically take 3-5 business days before they are processed and shipped. If you place a larger order please afford a little more time for the processing of that order. If you desire expedited shipping please pay for the proper shipping while understanding that expected delivery time for that shipping must be added to our processing time of 3-5 business days. All media mail shipping typically takes from 15-19 days for arrival so please consider this when choosing your shipping option.

Our store offers a 7 day return policy on all new books from the time the book is received. If the book is the wrong item ,defective, not to the listing or damage during shipping we will replace, or refund you back to your credit card or accredit you the amount to purchase other books listed in our store. If there is no message received within 7 days from the time the books is received /delivered then we will not refund nor replace the book in question. Please check all orders upon receipt to ensure you receive the right product in quality shape to help us give you the best service.
Used books
All used books are non refundable unless we shipped the wrong book or the book was damaged in transit. If the item is damaged during delivery we will replace or offer a in- store credit for the full purchase price of the book but we must be notified within 2 days of receipt of the item. If we are not notified within the 2 days of receipt of the item we will not be able to render an exchange or refund for such items. The damaged item must be returned to an address given at the time of authorization of the return. All returns must be pre-approved before they are returned. We will not be responsible for any returns unauthorized nor any returns lost in the mail. The buyer must ensure that the item is returned in the condition that it was sent or any and all return options are there by null and avoid.
Sales Books
All Sales books are non refundable unless we shipped the wrong book or the book was damaged in transit. If the item is damaged during delivery we will replace or offer a in- store credit for the full purchase price of the book but we must be notified within 2 days of receipt of the item.
If new books are no longer needed or wanted and are returned within the 7 day grace period we will charge a 20% restocking fee deducted from the cost of the returned item. All returned items must be post marked within 3 days of authorization to ensure a timely return for processing and restocking. Any item post marked past the 3 day requirement will not be accepted. Any book that is returned do to the book not arriving by the estimated delivery date suggested by USPS will be subject to shipping and handling cost do to our inability to control the timeliness of the USPS.
If the book requires a insurance claim to be filed we might require additional information from you to ensure that the book is replaced by the insurance carrier. Any further questions can be submitted via email and we'll respond promptly.
