This book has been written at the request of my friends and viewers of `podhigai TV' (I do cookery programme in podhigai t.v.)
I did my B.A.in 'English literature' and M.A. in Yoga for human excellence,I learnt the basic tenets of baking at cookery classes which I attended by my own interest. After that I have learnt by trial and error. Of course in those days one could afford to try out new recipe s and if they did not come out well one could always try again.However - In these days of food,being so expensive it is not always easy. So every recipe has been tried and tested.
