About the Author S.K. Biswas was born on August 21, 1947 in Calcutta., He was educated in Scotish THE Church Collegiate School. He graduated from the Scottish Church College (Pol.Sc.) and did his post graduation in Ancient Indian History and Culture from the University of Calcutta. After passing the I.A.S. Eto. Exam, 1975 he joined the Central Secretariate Service in 1977. Since boyhood he was associated with the sociosreligious socio religious movements and academic discussions. Standing in the fire circle of practical life and marxists movements his intellectual crave moves to diagnose the causes of the disease and infirmities of this country.

He got acquianted with Ambedkarism. As the President of the Dr. BR Ambedkar Vichar Manch, he donated portrait of Dr. Ambedkar twice in the Central Hall of Parliament in 1990 and again in 1991. Inspired by the extraordinary life and struggle of the great map and his writings, Biswas has picked up his pen to re-write the entire Indian history a case history for proper diagnosis of the ailments of our society.
