About the Author
After serving in various departments, the author retired in 1992 as an assistant commissioner, Sales Tex, U. P. Government. Even while in service, Suresh Chandra evinced interest in the problems of the aged and retired persons. Since retirement, he is actively associated with some NGOs that are working for the welfare of the aged and organizing the elderly for social work. Suresh Chandra has written several articles on the problems of the elderly in various magazines. His two books A guide to Happy Retirement for the Salaried People and Hale & Hearty even After Fifty were a great success and appreciated by scores of retired persons and other senior citizens. This is his third book guiding the elderly on how to enjoy food and remain healthy at the same time.
