Foreword Sehaj is a state of the mind, meaning total focusing or concentration of the mind-spiritual stability. On reaching this state, person becomes fearless, there is no fear of death. In fact there is no sorrow in the heart, no attraction of Maya-Materialistic world, neither one gets perturbed by the ups and downs of life, nor there is any tension in the mind. The Katha of Sehaj is unique, neither one can weigh it nor measure it in any way. It is neither light nor heavy it is a very mysterious state beyond description or any explaination.
