I am glad to foreword this innovatively written for this modern age people. It is natural for everybody to have anxiety to a certain degree that works as a positive stress on mind to fuel the mind with energy and competitive spirit. Unfortunately, this anxiety about achieving a given goal is blowing out of proportion for many resulting negative stress there by not only reducing quantum of achievement but also ruin health.

Swami Vivekananda suggests that after choosing a goal and a suitable means (plan) to achieve, we need to drop the goal from our mind and stay focused only on completing the various tasks needed to achieve the goal.
