Saivism - Hinduism a Graded Course Level 4

Saivism a Graded Course is a Series for classes 1-10 based on the comprehensive curriculum on Saiva Neri in Sri Lanka. This can also be extended for use in parental guidance, teaching, and immigrants’ education in general.

The Lessons are meant to inculcate not only a knowledge of Saiva Neri or the way of life in Saivism, but also values in youth which would be conducive to discipline, aspiration, humaneness and relating tradition to modern life. Hence the design of the lessons is also meant to be useful in nuances of Saiva Dharma. Since the origin of the Saiva Philosophy is in cultural background to have a contemporary orientation.

The Lessons are child centric and classroom friendly with appropriate illustrations for various concepts and values. The Carefully chosen activities and exercises not only extend beyond testing the child’s understanding of the lessons but also allow them to experience the rich tradition and essence of Saivaite principles.
