The book particularly focuses on the facet of Sri Dakshinamurthy as a Guru, as Ishwara, and as Atman. It was originally written as an essay for India Facts in 2016 and has been a well-read and widely circulated essay among both scholars and lay readers.
It is my hope that the book would help readers appreciate Hindu philosophy in general and the notion and place of Guru in particular.
