Advances in Kayachikitsa: Fourth Part for M.D. Final Year

Foreword Ayurveda is a system of medicine with historical roots in the Indian subcontinent Ayurveda has made tremendous progress in the field of Kayachikitsa in last few decades. For re-validating Ayurveda, we need to be well acquainted with the scientific tools so as to achieve the goal of evidence based Ayurveda at global level. Studying for exam is always hard as there is no easy way to assimilate the knowledge and commit it to the memory. So a book prepared on 'Advances in Kayachikitsa' would be very important for upcoming Ayurvedic scholar to upgrade their overall skill and knowledge.

I appreciate the efforts of Dr. Hemlata Soni and Dr. Kartar Singh Bansal for writing a book on the 'Advances in Kayachikitsa' in accordance with the syllabus as prescribed by CCIM for M. D. final year. I hope this book will go a long way in guiding the new scholars of Ayurveda in the years to come and will incite interest among them regarding this subject. I congratulate these P.G. scholars for achieving this feat and wish them a bright and prosperous future ahead.
