Dr. Anu Balhara is presently working as an Assistant Professor at BPSITTR, BPSMV Khanpur Kalan, Sonipat, Haryana as a regular faculty. She has qualified UGC JRF and NET in Education. Her educational qualifications are B.A English (Hons), M.A English, M.Ed and Ph.D in Education. She has received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy from Punjab University, Chandigarh. She has presented papers in National and International Seminars and Conferences. She has organized National Seminar on 'Interdisciplinary Perspectives in Teaching and learning. She has published paper in National and International journals. She has also contributed a chapter in a book. Her specialization is in Philosophy of Education. Her doctoral thesis was on Swami Vivekananda. She has supervised dissertations of M.Phil, M.Ed, and M.A Education under her guidance. She is also supervising Doctoral thesis under her able guidance.

Priya Sehrawat is presently Student in the M.Ed from BPS Institute of Teachers Training and Research, BPSMV, Khanpur Kalan (Sonipat) Haryana. She has done M.Sc in Microbiology from Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra, B.Ed from Sohan Lal DAV College of Education in Ambala City and B.Sc from BPS Institute of Higher Learning, BPSMV, Khanpur Kalan. She has published 4 papers in National and International Journals. She has presented 9 papers in National and International seminars and participated in 6 National level workshops and Seminar.

Education without character building is the main drawback of the present education system in India. This would result in dangerous consequences in the future and so there is a great need for a complete reorientation of values in the field of education. Education in my country would depend to a large extent on its political, social strength, cultural heritage and development needs.
