At the same time, human rights are cultural concepts that are slowly evolving in response to social change or contestation (Nair Ravi, 2006). The paper explores how human rights have become applicable to the realities of Tribal lives, and how we can build on the international conventions and agreements that have accomplished this task to understand the dimensions of Tribals human rights in the Indian society.
