Book Description

Introduction
I received inspiration for writing this book from my preceptor, Shri Shri Anandamurtiji. For long twelve years, I have been running a training camp on "YOGA and NATUROPATHY" in Oslo, the capital city of Norway. I have noticed that most of the students there are quite healthy and are full of life.

For the last five years, I have also been running a similar training camp at Armmerud. Most of those who attend that camp are elderly persons. Rajanayagam is about sixty years of age. He says: "My spine was so painful that I could not sleep properly at night for at least seven years. I saw Acarya Satyaparananda and following his advice practiced yoga and followed a dietary chart. All my problems disappeared within three months."

Kari, a female student of our yoga centre is about fifty years of age. She had a sore waist that made walking painful for her. After she came to our yoga centre, all her physical problems disappeared within three months.

About seven thousand years ago, Karkata Raksashi conducted research in India on cancer. Most of her research was conducted while she sat in a cremation ground. This made some persons take her to be witch. But she had been trained by Shiva himself for this job. Raksashi was her family name or surname. This lady was the first person in the world to treat the disease of cancer. The disease was named Karkata Roga after her name. But her demonic contemporaries burnt her alive.

Bengal was once ruled by Hossain Shah. His encouragement breathed in new life into Bengalese and their language. Bengali versions of the Ramayana, the Mahabharata and the Bhagavata are glowing illustrations of this.
