About the Author


Dr. Shraddha Joshi has completed BAMS in 2016 from Patanjali Bhartiya Ayurvigyan Evam Anusandhan Sansthan, Haridwar & MS (Shalakya Tantra) from ITRA, Jamnagar in 2020.


Dr. Shraddha Joshi has participated and presented different papers in eight National and International conferences and also twelve international original research papers to her credit till date. Dr. Shraddha Joshi is currently doing her Ph.D. in dept. of Shalakya Tantra, ITRA, Jamnagar.


Dr. Atul Joshi has completed BAMS in 2016 from Patanjali Bhartiya Ayurvigyan Evam Anusandhan Sansthan, Haridwar & MD (Panchakarma) from ITRA, Jamnagar in 2020. He also worked as SRF in SGAM, GAU, Jamnagar.


Dr. Atul Joshi has participated and presented different papers in eight National and International conferences and also eight international original research papers to his credit till date.

With lot of hard work and grace of almighty Lord Dhanvantari, we are proud to present this publication entitled as “An Entrance Guide on Research Methodology and Medical Statistics".


Students preparing for various entrance examinations are burdened with many difficulties. A significant difficulty encountered by all students is the non-availability of practice questions. Students are always curious to know how and from where they are supposed to prepare for MCQs. Now day's questions based on Research methodology and statistics have become integral part of various competitive exams like PG entrance, Ph.D. entrance, CCRAS, PSCs. This inspired us to write a book on MCQs and key notes of research methodology and statistics which will give idea regarding the pattern of questions.


The MCQs contained in this text have been prepared by the authors under careful scrutiny. This text is primarily aimed at fulfilling the requirements of the scholars preparing for all competitive exams. It is our sincere hope, that this text will provide students an opportunity to assess themselves the depth of their knowledge.
