About the Author
Dr. Mishra was born and raised in the Himalayas, where he learned the art of healing with nature. The primary instinct of natural and spiritual healing guided him to study in bachelor's and master's degree courses in the field of Ayurveda medicine. His academic and practical trainings include the study of traditional Ayurveda as well as Western Medicine and surgery. His mission as an Ayurvedic doctor is to help restore the wholeness of body, mind and soul and he is fully committed to share his knowledge of spiritual laws of health.

He has taught Ayurveda and consulted patients in India, Germany and France, Conducting seminars on Ayurveda healing, Dietatics and Bodywork, Ayurvedic Marma therapy, Leech therapy, Ayurveda Phytotherapy, and Panchakarma. He is also a founder and director of the Kewalya Nature Care Society, which is working for the promotion and propagation of Ayurveda worldwide.

Introduction
