About the Author

Dr. Madhusmita Pati is a Reader in English at Ravenshaw University. A Fulbright scholar Dr. Pati specializes in American Literature with particular interest in African American women's autobiography. She is the author of a critical book Eminent Americans and National Character. She has published many articles in many reputed national and international scholarly journals and presented research papers in many national and international conferences.
Dr. Sambit Panigrahi is a Lecturer A in English at Ravenshaw University. Dr. Panigrahi holds a Ph. D. Degree on Joseph Conrad from Indian Institute of Tech nology Kanpur. He is the author of a critical book Patriarchy against Nature/ Woman: A Green Study of Joseph Conrad's Fiction and an anthology of poems The Lost Earth and Other Poems. He has published many scholarly articles in journals of national and international repute. He has presented research papers in many national and international con-ferences.
Dr. S. P. Das is at present Head, Department of English, Ravenshaw University. His specializations include Con-temporary Indian Literature, Translation Studies and Indian Aesthetics. He translates in English, Odia and Bangla and is also a creative writer.
