About The Author

H.Ramachandran hails from a family, which although not affluent, was known for its heritage of great scholars, notably in Sanskrit. He had a genius level IQ which helped him excel in every subject that he came across and win 5 gold medals in University. With a master’s degree in Physics, he taught Physics at graduate level at Loyola College: Chennai, for a number of years. He also did research under the famous Nobel -Laureate: Dr. Sir CV Raman, for many years. He has published over 40 articies if! various fields. He was also the Asst. Editor of 'Current Science"; a leading international: scientific journal published from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, for many years. H. Ramachandran was a great scholar in literature, a philosopher, a musicologist and a writer, all rolled into one. His Mastery over the Tamil and English languages is quite evident in the numerous books that he wrote at many levels; storybooks for small children, science and biography books for high school and college students and philosophical treatises for adults. Many of his works lay dormant and unpublished for over 3 decades after his death; His sons have recently unearthed the wealth of knowledge in his manuscripts and have decided to publish his books, so that the world community may benefit from his wisdom.
