Catalogue of Theses: Accepted for Ph.D. Degree by the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Since from its Beginning to December 1973 (An Old and Rare Book)

Foreword Simultaneously with the day-to-day academic development, the M. S. University of Baroda has made a significant progress in its research activities so much so that the need of such a publication embodying all research activities of the University cannot be over-emphasised.

The publication apart from the usual bibliographical information will contain classified information and a neat summary of theses, incorporating all the main points and will materially contribute to the development of research skill and ability of research workers. I am sure it will fill up the long felt need of such a publication which will prove to be of immense help and value to the research workers for their reference and guidance in the Library.

Preface Constant inquiries about the unpublished research thesis, of this University from many quarters is the raison de'tre of this work. It records the information of the Ph.D. thesis accepted by the M. S. University of Baroda upto 1973.

The theses have been classified faculty-wise with name of different faculties following the alphabetical order. An Author Index as well as a Subject Index is given at the end. A numerical statement of the theses accepted appears after the Subject Index. The accession number is not given to the thesis, not received by the Library.
