He appeared several times on television for providing his expert views. Dr. Kaila represented India at the International Democratic Education Conferences at New York, Berlin and Sydney. He is an Editor of the Journal of Psychosocial Research; a Behaviour Based Safety Trainer and is Vice-President: Counsellors Association of India.
