Marriage and Progeny (An Astrological Analysis)

Shri Sita Ram Singh obtained M.A, LL.B., and LL.M. Degree from Delhi University in 1st Division. He retired as Assistant Director, I.B. (M.H.A) in 1996.

During Service he attended Astrology classes at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi and did research in the subject post-retirement, he dedicated himself fully to it by writing articles and books and counselling for ever two decades.

He has publication nearly 90 articles in English and Hindi in leading astrological journals like, Astrological magazine, Modern Astrology, Times of Astrology, Express Star Teller, Babaji Future Samachar and Research Journal of Astrology. His twenty six articles in English and twenty two in Hindi are available on Internet.

He has written a book entitled ‘Predicting your Future through Astrology’ Myth and Reality of Kalsarpa Dosh and Pitra Dosh’ is going to release soon and another book in Hindi 'kundali kai vishash yog' is being penned down.

For his contribution in Astrology he has been conferred Jyotish Shiromani and a Gold Medal at ‘Nakshatra Exhibition 2014’, Pragati Maidan New Delhi on 14 February, 2014.

The book in hands covers 90 horoscopes. It provides complete guidance for selection of best possible life partner, full details about children, whther they will prove lucky for one and all in the family.

The author sincerely thank esteemed readers for their welcome response to his book “Predicting Your Future through Astrology”, published by Sterling Publishers Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi . With God’s Grace and blessing of his mentor late Shri O.P. Sharma, former DIG of Police and a profound astrologer, and late Smt. Manju Sharma, the author presents his next titled “Marriage and progeny” two important aspects of human life, and hopes that it will prove equally useful to the readers and will be appreciated by learned astrologers.

Marriage is a landmark event in an individual’s life, and his future happiness depends on it. Unlike some religions which treat marriage as a ‘contract’ for satisfying physical needs, Hindu religion recognizes marriage as a Samskara (a life-long bond) between husband and wife who take a Sankalpa (pledge) at the time of marriage to jointly endeavour for Dharma (an ideal life), Artha (wealth), Kama (controlled sensual gratification), and finally achieve moksha (liberation from the cycle of birth and death).

The book starts with the basic concepts of the Divine Science of Astrology so that the reader can easily comprehend the remaining Chapter without any outside help. The book provide complete guidance for selecting the best possible life partner, clues about the nature of Children, and whether they will be helpful to parents or not. The book discusses over 90 horoscopes in North Indian and South Indian formats, which have been selected form author’s personal practice.

The author most affectionately dedicates the book to his wife late Smt. Tara Devi, and son late Sanjay Kumar Singh, whose love and affection he will always cherish.
