Book Description
About the Book:
Nature cure is a complete health system of mind and body. It prevents and treats diseases. It works on the assumption that everyone is composed of various combinations of the five elements - earth, air, fire, water and ether. Maintaining the balance of your body type is the key to successful nature cure, and this is done through diet, yoga, exercise and massage.
This invaluable guide is a key to understanding and using the powerful system of nature cure.
"Nature cure is vastly more than a system of curing aches and pains. It is a complete revolution in the art and science of living. It is a practical realisation and application of all that is god in natural science, philosophy and religion".
This book is designed to help the reader understand the principles of the healing science of nature cure and its treatment modalities. Nature is the best healer and naturopathy or nature cure is the adoption of nature's own tools, the five great elements-Earth, Water, Air, Fire and Space-to cure the diseases that afflict mankind.
Many diseases can be avoided by following healthy habits, taking good, nutritious food and doing proper exercises. But if diseases strike despite all these precautions, it is better to cure them by following the edicts of nature cure and yoga. Another advantage of nature cure is that it is a drugless therapy and, hence, free from any ill-effects of chemicals.
This book is a humble attempt of the Jindal Naturecure Institute (JNI) to consolidate and systematise some of the natural methods known for curing diseases, including yoga, which, too, is a drugless therapy.
Efforts have keen made to make the book more objective and useful by giving the details of the treatments and application vis- a-vis the diseases.
This book is meant for all those who seek to cure their ailments through nature cure methods. However, scrupulous care must be taken in the use of these methods and patients must guard against their misapplication.
Patients are advised to read the treatment methods carefully before adopting them. If these are not immediately clear, they are advised to consult a naturopath for guidance.
Yoga, the ancient method of exercise and relaxation, forms another successful method of preventing and curing diseases. The study and research at the JNI vouchsafe this unassailable fact. It is aptly said, "Nature cure and yoga are the two wheels of a cart on the road to a healthier life."
JNI has published many books earlier, on various subjects of naturopathy, yoga and diet. This book is yet another attempt to enlighten and ensure for the ailing mankind, a healthier life.
