Rajeev is a typical husband, father and son in his personal life. In his professional life he is a typical office goer, a mediocre performer, working hard yet not moving ahead in career. He lives his life by the rules of the jungle, either hunting or dodging an attack.

This is the journey of transformation of Rajeev from it hunter to a seeker. His partner in this journey is his father who had given up on him long back. As Rajeev implements the teachings from his father, he encounters very hilarious yet life changing moments.

When challenged by his son, Rajeev makes a connection between his current mediocre life, his mediocre grades in school and everything in his life. He remembers that his father used to slap hiss every time he used to get average marks, urging him to study and be the best. The last that he remembers from his father are the words when he stopped slapping him, "Life does not exist in decimals, it exists as zero or one".

This is the story of Rajeev becoming this he was born to be- Rajeev, himself.

Ashish is a science graduate from Lucknow University and holds an MBA degree.

He has experience in high impact senior leadership roles with bluechip MNCs and Indian companies. Asa member of leadership and executive committees of companies, he has been involved in formulating and executing major transformation strategics.

He gets energy from bringing the outside in perspective that disrupts the status quo. He has a passion for coaching people for giving their 100% being their best and being the happiest version of themselves. Working closely with multitude and diversified professionals in the hullabaloo of corporate life motivated Ashish to write it book which is a creative juice of his humour and learnings.
