Kundrakkudi Adigal, the 45th pontiff of Tiruvannamalai Mutt at Kundrakkudi, was a sage committed to the cause of social development through spiritualism. Kirungai Sethupathi, is a poet, researcher, columnist and public speaker. Author of over 30 books, he did his Doctoral research on the spiritual life of Kundrakkudi Adigal. He has been conferred with 'Bal Sahitya Puraskar' of Sahitya Akademi.
Kannaiyan Daksnamurthy is a senior officer of Indian Broadcasting Service, presently serving as the Head of Programmes at All India Radio, Puducherry. He has more than a dozen translated works to his credit, published by Sahitya Akademi, National Book Trust and AMTI.
