Pharmacopoeia in Thanuology (An Old and Rare Book)

About the Author Dr. S. Chidambarathanu Pillai who belongs to a family of Siddha Medical Practitioners of Kanyakumari District is an authority on Siddha medicine.

He has authored more than fifty-five books on Siddha Medicine, 40 books on Varmam (Thanuology) and 20 books on Inventory Control.

Preface Thanuology (Varman) is a medical Science dealing with the physical and mental disabilities that arise out of impacts (including injuries, breakage and shocks) at the nerve centres of the body and the mode of treatment to correct them. Apart from physical correction by retrieval methods, there are a good number of medicines extensively used for treatment.
