Her first collection of short stories 'Streets of Fear' was published by Minerva. Her second collection of short stories, 'Rhythms of Life' was published by BR Publications. Her extensive travels abroad as well as within the country has greatly shaped her as a writer who can write with clarity and conviction on the local cultures which occupy an integral part in her works.
She has been awarded the Editor's Choice award 2010 for creative/critical writing by the Home of Letters (India) International publishers of books and journals.
'Waltz in Happiness' is her first novel. She currently lives in Gurgaon.
