About the Author A.R. Khan, a Prolific writer was working in state institute of Education, as Research officer, Geography. He coordinated various teacher-training programmes especially the S.O.P.T. (Special Orientation Programme for Teachers) and was associated with S.S.A. (Sarva Siksha Abhiyan) as state Resource Person (Pedagogy and Monitoring). He also worked as Principal, Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School, Kulgam Kashmir.
