Dynamic Meditation (An Old and Rare Book)

Arun and Pavitra Amin, father and son respectively, are disciples of Shri Aurobindo and The Mother. Arun came to know of Sri Aurobindo in 1950 through a newspaper report which stated that Sri Aurobindo’s body remained illumined for five days after his leaving it. Arun was associated with Sri M. P. Pandit for more than 40 years. Pavitra has been going to Sri Aurobindo Ashram as a toddler in the 1960s. He used to work during his summer holidays at the offices of Sri M. P. Pandit and Nolinindia, both great spiritual personalities in their own right.
