Book Description

About the Book
What bonded Mona, Meera and Sheila were their evening walks in the park, during which they would talk about their families and work, responsibilities and challenges. With time, they began discussing the hot flashes they were experiencing, the heavy bleeding, the sudden weight gain and other such symptoms. They thought all these were age-related issues and that they couldn't do anything about them.

Enter Dr Rosy, an experienced gynaecologist, who took all of these friends under her wing and helped them understand the reason behind the symptoms they were experiencing-menopause. From physically, psychologically and emotionally taking care of oneself to managing the symptoms, she changed their perception of menopause and helped them to understand it as another phase in their lives-one which they could enjoy uninhibited.

Written by Dr Amrinder Bajaj, an award-winning gynaecologist, Live Your Best Life is a gentle, friendly guide to negotiating menopause and living a fulfilling life, both in body and in mind.
