About the Author

Dr. Sarvesh Kumar Agrawal, the author of this book born at district Agra. (U.P.). He has completed his B.A.M.S. from Government Ayurvedic College, Gurukul Kangari, Haradwar in 2004. Presently he is working as a third year M.D. (Ay.) scholar in the department of Swasthavritta and Yoga, Faculty of Ayurveda. I M S B H.U. He has completed his Diploma in Yoga from Yoga Sadhana Kendra. Malaviya Bhavan, B.H.U. in 2007. Theauthor has presented many scientific papers on Yoga in different national and international conferences. He is working on "Role of the Pranayfima in Bronchial Asthma" as M.D. (Ay.) thesis. Presently, he is also taking practical classes of Yoga for B.A.M.S. students in B.H.U.
