About the Author:
S. Vijaya Bharati a graduate of the Madras and Annamalai Universities earned her doctorate in 1967 on Bharati research. She is a career researcher and University teacher, currently working on Bharati - His Contemporaries and Modern Tamil Poets at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. A fine scholar and literary critic, she is the distinguished grand daughter of the poet, C. Subramania Bharati.
Dr. Vijaya Bharati is a permanent resident of Canada.
