About the Author Commodore Dalbir Singh Sodhi, NM (Retd) served in Indian Navy for 34 Years. A decorated officer who held important assignments at sea and ashore. A proud submariner and thorough professional, Commodore Sodhi is alumni of Indian Institute of Technology (Delhi) and College of Naval Warfare. He has number of books and many articles published in leading newspapers to his credit. He has also taken up the role of a social activist particularly in the field of eradication of social evils.
