Introduction
There have been so many personalities in the world history. T Some have grown to their fullest stature whilst some have not been able to unfold themselves to the hilt. Their personalities have emerged from various strata of the society - they have been philosophers, social reformers, religious preachers, scientists, and leaders. Leadership is a God-gifted quality that has been given to a few people only. Therefore, the number of visionary leaders is very less. A leader with wide vision and wisdom is called a charismatic leader, one who has the power to convince others to follow him/her through logical arguments and impressive thoughts. Philosophers or great intellectuals of ten express that they are not the people of the hour. However, they are people of all periods and their ideas which have the quality of universality, become legacies for posterity for they critically answer the basic questions of life.
