Preface This book is neither about medicine nor nuclear medicine for that matter. It is about the last man in the Q, i.e. the person who desires to make a livelihood outside the "protected world" of the public sector. It is about facing adversities; it is about survival tactics in the so-called real world. It is also about accepting responsibility no matter who has created the problem in an organization, because the operating procedures are after all to be shouldered by someone or the other.
