The world has become a global village and natural developments are influencing the international systems directly and indirectly in a significant way. Every country is trying to improve its educational system. For any system to improve, whether it is elementary, secondary or higher education, it has to improve the quality of teachers. Vijay Kumar Sharma, born 14-7-1973. His Father name is Sh. Shyam Lal Sharma. He passed his B.A. from Delhi University in 1998. He obtained his B.Ed. in 2002 from Jamia Millia Islamia from Delhi University, Delhi.
